The Challenge
Every year, Homefinders helps hundreds of tenants find their perfect home in Devon and Somerset. They came across Adopstar on a Facebook community group, and the positive feedback we received on that platform convinced them that we were the right ones to help them create a website that would work for them better than the existing one did.
When they approached us, their integration with Rentman property management software wasn’t working as it should. This meant that when a listing became available or was rented out, they would have to update both their own website and Rentman — essentially doubling their administrative workload.
ADOPSTAR'S RESPONSE
Adopstar gave the Homefinders team back the precious hours that were being wasted by building them a brand new website. The new website syncs automatically with Rentman, which means that all properties are updated automatically, rather than each one having to be done manually.

The new Homefinders website works perfectly! It’s a slick interface that allows people to find new rental homes while minimising the Homefinders team’s workload.
