The Challenge

Vigo Presses needed an enhanced SEO strategy to consistently boost traffic to their website. They explained their predicament to Adopstar’s Business Development Manager, Javier Reyeros, and our team rose to the challenge and worked our magic.

We sat down for a strategic brainstorming session about how we could help Vigo Presses reach the top of search engine rankings. We then launched a specific campaign with the intention of optimising the company’s “How To” guides. This involved creating URLs within the guides that are strategically linked to recommended products. Over and above this, with the festive season around the corner at the time, we initiated a blog post campaign titled “Top 10 Christmas Gift Ideas for Men”. These blogs were crafted specifically to be linked to individual products, providing a targeted and engaging way to showcase Vigo Presses’ product range to festive season shoppers. We also carried out in-depth keyword research to maximise the brand’s online visibility.

Introducing hyperlinks that direct users from the content page to the targeted product page has had a double-sided impact for Vigo Presses. Firstly, it has enhanced organic traffic to the website and secondly, it has extended the average user’s browsing time spent on the website. The results of the Christmas campaign have been fantastic. In December 2022 the website saw 3,630 organic traffic visits, which grew to 6,571 visits in December 2023. An additional great result is that the average session duration (the amount of time somebody spends on a website) has grown from one minute and 35 seconds to two minutes and 27 seconds. This is an SEO campaign that not only drives traffic but also develops sustained user engagement!

Adopstar’s SEO strategy has helped Vigo Presses by increasing the brand’s online visibility, attracting more visitors and fostering increased engagement with the website’s content. Looking to the future, we will be implementing a strategic approach to enhance sales conversions. One key element of this strategy will be providing direct links to recommended products in the brand’s social media posts. By doing this, we guide interested visitors directly from engaging content to specific products. This targeted linking strategy is designed to optimise the user experience and contribute to the client’s long-term success by driving traffic and sales.
