Adopstar Ranks 22nd in the Top SME Apprenticeship Employers 2024

We are thrilled to announce that Adopstar has been ranked 22nd nationally in the Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers 2024! As the only business on the GOV.UK list in the advertising and marketing industry, we are incredibly proud to represent the skills, knowledge and opportunity within the digital world.

Our apprenticeship scheme was officially launched in 2015 once our managing director, Theresa Benson, witnessed how well they work. Between 2023 and 2024, we hired 24 apprentices with 15 completing their initial apprenticeship. Our scheme is not only about learning new skills, they are about building strong careers for our employees. We value our apprentices' fresh ideas and energy and are extremely proud of their hard work and achievements so far. This ranking showcases their efforts and the supportive environment that we have created together.

What Does This Mean For Us?

Through our apprenticeship programme, we give determined, ambitious people opportunities to learn about our industry. 90% of our team members join with no prior knowledge. So being ranked in the top 22 is a huge achievement, cementing that we are committed to quality training and career development. Our exceptional apprenticeship programme is tailored to meet the needs of apprentices, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in the ever-changing digital world.

We are also extremely proud to be official apprenticeship ambassadors for the South West of England. As a company, Adopstar was asked to volunteer and over and above this, two of our employees have volunteered to become apprenticeship ambassadors, sharing their journey to success with potential apprentices in schools and other environments. We not only provide fantastic opportunities and apprenticeship programs but also wholeheartedly advocate for them.

Securing the 22nd position in the list of Top SME Apprenticeship Employers in the UK is a significant accomplishment for us at Adopstar. This is a testament to our commitment to nurturing and empowering the next generation of talent and inspiring those who wish for a career change.
