Adopstar's Allstar Networking Event: Insights, Connections and Delicious Food

Date Published:10 February 2023

Adopstar's first Allstar networking event was a resounding success, bringing together a diverse group of professionals from various industries to network, learn, and be inspired. Held on Wednesday, January 25th at the Courtyard Marriott in Exeter, the event featured guest speakers Richard Capstick, an Exeter Chiefs rugby player, and Jason Bradbury, best known as the host of the popular TV show, The Gadget Show.

Guests were treated to a fascinating and thought-provoking talk by Bradbury, who shared his insights on future trends in tech and work culture. His talk was engaging, informative, and provided a glimpse into the exciting possibilities that lie ahead for businesses and individuals in the tech industry.

Richard Capstick, who is known for his teamwork on the rugby field, held his first public speaking event, a Q&A session that was both entertaining and enlightening. He shared his personal experiences, his love of rugby, pizza and his idol Jonny Wilkinson, and provided valuable insights into his career in sports.

The event was made even more special by the delicious canapes provided by Charlotte Vincent, a chef from Great British Menu 2022. Her culinary creations were a hit among the guests and added an extra touch of class to the event.

We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who attended the event, and to our guest speakers for sharing their time and expertise. We hope that this event will serve as a catalyst for further networking and collaboration among our guests, and we look forward to hosting another Allstar event in the not-too-distant future.
